My husband bit her back after she bit her younger sister. She hasn't bitten ever again. It works. It sounds mean, but she won't do it again. I'm serious. Not hard enough to injure me, but I guess it got my attention! Ask her to play, and be nice, and get her other interests than just "biting" you.. I have a baby cousin, and he cried, and so I put him on my lap, I hug him, I help him eating his cupcake.. That technique never works. Just be consistant - every time she bites, tell her "Ouch - that hurts! No biting." and remove her from the person she's biting.
